Welcome to Dream Body ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile app and services ("App"). By using Dream Body, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dream Body. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

Dream Body provides AI-powered body analysis, fitness goal visualization, and personalized workout and nutrition plans. This includes features like progress photo analysis, AI-generated goal images, and customized fitness recommendations. These services are for informational and motivational purposes only and are not intended as medical, therapeutic, or professional health advice.

Dream Body is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we'll notify you clearly before any charges apply. Any payments will be processed through the App Store, and you may cancel anytime through your Apple account.

You agree not to:

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health, age, and physical characteristics.

• Upload inappropriate, explicit, or nude photos.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload or analyze photos of anyone under 18.
• Misuse the app or attempt to hack our services.
• Present AI-generated images as real photographs.
• Use the app for commercial purposes.

Important: Dream Body is not a medical service. Our AI analysis, fitness plans, and nutrition recommendations are not medical advice.

Always consult with healthcare professionals before:

• Starting any new exercise program.
• Making significant dietary changes.
• Acting if you have medical conditions or injuries.

All content and technology in the app, including AI models, designs, and our brand, are owned by Dream Body. You retain ownership of your photos and personal data. By using the App, you grant us permission to process your photos through our AI systems to provide our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may delete your account and data at any time through the app settings.

We provide the app "as is" and do not guarantee specific fitness results or that our AI analysis will be completely accurate. You use the app at your own risk, especially when following exercise or nutrition recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Body is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or other damages that may result from using our app or following our AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed £100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
