  • Your preferences and fitness goals.

b. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information such as device type and OS version.
  • App usage data such as features used and session duration.
  • Error logs used to improve app performance.

c. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely via the App Store. We do not store or process your card information directly.

  • Analyze your body composition using AI, including BMI, body fat estimates, and muscle mass.
  • Generate visualizations of your fitness goals.

3. Photo Processing & Face Data

Face and Biometric Data

  • We do not collect, store, process, or retain face data or biometric identifiers.
  • While your photos may include your face, we do not perform facial recognition, face analysis, or any biometric identification.
  • Our AI analyzes body composition only. No facial features are processed or stored separately.

Body Photos

  • You upload photos for body composition analysis and progress tracking.
  • Photos are processed using AI to estimate fitness metrics.
  • Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
  • You can delete your photos at any time through the app.

How Photos Are Processed

  • On your device: initial validation and optimization.
  • On our secure servers: coordination and storage.
  • With AI partners: OpenAI analyzes body composition and Replicate generates goal visualizations.

4. AI Processing & Accuracy

What Our AI Does

  • Estimates body composition metrics. These are approximations, not medical measurements.
  • Creates visualizations of potential fitness transformations.
  • Generates personalized workout and meal plans.
  • Provides confidence levels for measurements.

Important Limitations

  • AI estimates are not medical advice.
  • Generated goal images are artistic representations and not guaranteed results.
  • Always consult healthcare professionals for medical guidance.
  • Individual results will vary.

AI Training

  • Your data is used to improve your personalized experience only.
  • Your data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
  • We will never use your photos to train commercial AI systems without explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to support app functionality:

  • OpenAI: analyzes photos for body composition using text-based results only.
  • Replicate: generates AI visualizations of fitness goals.
  • Supabase: provides secure cloud storage for your data.
  • Apple App Store: processes payments securely.
  • Each service has its own privacy policy. No face data or biometric identifiers are ever shared with these services.

We do not use

  • Advertising networks or tracking.
  • Marketing analytics tools.
  • Social media pixels.
  • Data brokers.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States by our AI partners, with appropriate safeguards and in compliance with UK GDPR requirements.

7. Data Storage & Security

  • Your personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption.
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Photos are encrypted in our cloud storage.
  • We implement strict access controls and regular security audits.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Profile data: until you delete your account.
  • Photos: until you delete them or your account.
  • AI analysis results: until account deletion.
  • Technical logs: automatically deleted after 90 days.

Deleting Your Data

  • Delete individual photos anytime in the app.
  • Request complete account deletion via email.
  • We'll delete all your data within 30 days of request.
  • Some data may be retained only for legal compliance.

10. Children's Privacy

Dream Body is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our app evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
